According to the “UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights”, LITE-ON formulates relevant company policies and measures.
Scope of Application
LITE-ON human rights policy is applicable to LITE-ON and its affiliated companies. LITE-ON is committed to respecting, protecting, and remediating employees, suppliers, and partners, who may be subjected to human rights violation. In addition, LITE-ON expects its suppliers and contractors to act in accordance to the spirit and basic principles of this policy.
